- Age limit:- 18 to 25 years as of 01.07.2023 (i.e., Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-07-1998 and later than 01-07-2005).
- The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates.
- Essential Qualification:- Candidate must have 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed by a recognized Board.
Incentive to NCC Certificate Holders
The incentive to NCC Certificate holders will be granted at the following scales:
- NCC-C Certificate: 5% of the maximum marks of the examination
- NCC-B Certificate: 3% of the maximum marks of the examination
- NCC-A Certificate: 2% of the maximum marks of the examination
Selection Procedure
The examination will consist of :
- Computer Based Examination,
- Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) followed by the
- Medical Examination of the recommended candidates.
Computer-Based Examination The Computer based examination will consist of one objective type multiple choice paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with the following composition:
- General Knowledge/ Current AffairsReasoning: 25 Marks
- Numerical Ability: 15 Marks
- Computer Fundamentals, MS Excel, MS Word, Communication, Internet, WWW and Web Browsers etc.: 10 Marks
